Quality Transformation Programme Community of Change

13 May 2025 2:00pm – 4:00pmBST (+01:00)
Virtual (Microsoft Teams)

We continue our Quality Transformation programme of Community of change for 25/26.

As a reminder, the aim of The Quality Transformation Programme(QTP) is to support cultural change and support a new bold, radical, reimagined model of care for the future across all NHS-funded mental health, learning disability and autism inpatient settings.

During 2024/2025 with the development of year 1 of the ICB 3-year plans, we have found that engagement with stakeholders and the opportunity to network, discuss progress and share good practice examples is valuable . The core aim of these sessions is to enable and support systems to further enhance their plans as they transition from development to implement in the drive to localise and realign inpatient provision in line with the principles contained with the commissioning framework.

As we continue to create our program of events, we thought it would be helpful to think about commissioning as the vehicle with which to drive the changes needed as we start to move from development to implementation.

Therefore, we will be structuring this year’s programme around the activities of the Commissioning Cycle (Analyse, Plan, Do and Review) and our first session will start us on this journey by looking at the Commissioning Cycle in more detail and establishing which of the activities will be most relevant for your area of work. Please do come along prepared to work through this so that we can plan the future sessions and ensure that these are useful and offer the best opportunities for sharing and developing best practice.

This session takes place on: Tuesday 13th May 2-4pm

Your Microsoft Teams invite will be sent shortly after reserving your slot.

Please do forward the invitation to anyone who you think would like to join us from across both health and social care and get in touch if you have any ideas for speakers, topics and themes, or any other comments.
