NHS EDI Improvement Plan and High Impact Action 6 Shared Learning Event

High Impact Action 6 of the National NHS EDI Improvement Plan sets out to creating an environment that eliminates the conditions in which bullying, discrimination, harassment and physical violence at work occur.​

During this online learning session (which will be held via MS Teams), you can hear from Noor Nixon from the University of the west of England Bristol and will share The Inclusive Training within Practice (ITP) and the impact that this training has against racism and discrimination.

This event will also provide attendees with the opportunity to share their successes and challenges in making steps towards achieving the National NHS EDI Improvement Plan and High Impact Action 6.

This event is aimed at HR, OD and EDI colleagues working across the NHS, including those working in the ambulance sector, primary care and social care. The deadline for registrations is Monday 19 May 2025, a Teams link will be circulated with all registered attendees 48 hours prior to the session taking place.
