Speakers:

Daniel Marsden - An registered learning disability nurse (RNLD) since 1998, Daniel has extensive experience across various healthcare settings and a passion for person-centered research, evidenced by numerous publications and funding awards. He is a dedicated advocate for community inclusion, having founded communities of practice and continues to champion the field internationally through the Global Intellectual Disability Nursing Research Collaboratory while mentoring others.

Anne is the local area contact for the LeDeR programme in Cambridge and Peterborough ICS.  Anne is a general/adult nurse with experience in critical care, sepsis and the physical health of people with mental illness and people with a learning disability.  Anne is conducting research exploring the experience of sepsis amongst people with a learning disability.

Lorne Power is a social worker and NIHR doctoral local authority fellow currently completing research with trans and/or gender non conforming people with a learning disability. They are interested in epistemic justice, LGBTQ+ research and neurodiversity.
