NHS App National Webinar - July 2025

You are invited to join the NHS England’s NHS App team for an update on the NHS App – on Tuesday 8th July 2025 at 11:30am to 12:30pm.   

Did you know that the repeat prescriptions feature is the most used in the NHS App? In this session, we’ll be joined by the Prescriptions and Medicines team, who will provide an update on the prescription features available. Including; recent improvements that make it easier for users to track repeat prescriptions, as well as what's in the pipeline. 

We’ll also hear from the Notifications and Messaging team, who will present the latest developments with the messaging feature, including improvements to the inbox and increasing the types of messages that can be sent via the NHS App.

As always, we’ll share a look ahead with an overview of the NHS App 2025/26 roadmap, including key priorities.

The session will finish with a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered by the speakers.
