NHS England’s Medical Job Planning Webinar Series aims to support the adoption of best practice and shared learning, to support consultants and SAS doctors in their working lives and improve service delivery. ​

The third webinar in our series will take place on 15th July from 12-1pm and focus on ‘Changing culture and job planning – driving medical excellence and purposeful work’  in Medical Job Planning. The interactive session will be led by Daghni Rajasingam, Deputy Chief Medical Officer and Consultant Obstetrician from Guys and St Thomas’s NHS FT.Daghni will take us through the key elements of culture change, including the operational, clinical and human factors. There will be job planning improvement case study presentations followed by a Q&A panel. Attendees will be left with practical steps to apply locally within their services. We hope you are able to join us!

Further webinars will be advertised shortly and will occur monthly. Topics will include the data driven job planning cycle, governance and reporting, capacity and demand planning, team-based job planning and more. Each webinar will be 45 minutes to an hour at lunch time, and we welcome all NHS staff involved in medical job planning to attend. Session will be recorded and shared on NHS Futures here.
