Learning from industrial action – evaluating the communications
How was it for you? If you’ve been involved in communications during the industrial action by Resident Doctors, we’re keen to hear from you on how you think it went. This is a slightly different session than our usual Bitesize programme. There will be no presentations, instead it will be an opportunity for you to give us warts-and-all feedback on what you think worked, what didn’t and what we can all learn from the experience. Come help shape the planning we will all be doing for future strikes and share best practice with colleagues.
This session will be run by Phil Groves the Head of Communications Response Team at NHS England. Note the session is a purely feedback and evaluation session, so please bring your ideas.
Please forward this onto NHS communicators if you think they might be interested in this feedback session.
