The South West Learning Disability and Autism Executive Group has identified the lack of appropriate accommodation as a key reason for preventing discharge for individuals with a learning disability and autistic individuals.
In response, the NHS England Learning Disability and Autism South West team would like to invite you to a webinar focusing on delivering a sustainable supported housing strategy.
