Atamis Workshop

The Central Commercial Function Data and Technology System team, invites to you join an Atamis workshop.

The aim of the workshop is to improve colleagues understanding of Atamis, share what support is available and provide module overviews.

The target audience for this workshop is Heads of Procurement, Category Manager and Data Systems Leads.

Richard Taylor, Senior Systems Programme Manager will be leading the workshop and will be supported by Graham Bell, ICS procurement Director for Sheffield, who will discuss some of the work he has been doing across his ICS.

The outline agenda for the session is below: 

Atamis Module overview – including Workplans module; Projects & contracts module; Savings module and NHS Savings methodology. Also learn more about:

• Procurement Act / Publishing notices
• Dashboard and Reports (use of dynamic dashboards)
• Delegated Administrators

Future Atamis support – including review of User Forums, Bulk uploads, Support section, Change requests (CAB Meeting) and Atamis communities (future enhancements to Atamis)

Working at and ICS Level

• Linking all ICS Trusts via Central ICS Dashboards and the benefits of this. 
• Tracking NHSSC Pricing Agreements at ICS and Trust Level and the benefits of this. 
• Workplan linking for reporting (including savings) and the benefits of this.

There will be plenty of time for questions at the end of the session.
