NHS App Notifications & Messaging Webinar - December 2025

You are invited to join NHS England’s NHS App team for an overview on Notifications and Messaging in the NHS App – on Thursday 4 December 2025 at 11:30am to 12:30pm.

In this session, we will cover the basics of notifications and messaging in the NHS App, helping you to see how you can send messages to your patients in the NHS App, benefiting from savings on SMS fragment costs.

You will hear from the NHS App team and Practice Managers, on the benefits of sending messages in the NHS App and how you can successfully promote messages in the NHS App to your patients and staff.

The session will finish with a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered by the speakers.  

Audience: Anyone in a GP practice sending messages to patients (both Admin and Clinical).
