Pre Market Engagement - Case Finding

NHS England is seeking to procure capability and/or related tooling, associated licensing and implementation support for proactive, predictive, and prospective "case finding”.

“Case finding” involves better identifying individuals who may have specific health conditions, high healthcare utilisation, poor outcomes, worsening conditions.

NHSE would like to thank everyone for their responses to the initial market engagement RFI, which was launch on 28th July 2025 and closed on 2nd September 2025.

We have continued to assess our business requirements and wider strategy and need to explore further the markets’ capabilities around deployment options.  

We originally presented two deployment options: 1.NHSE-cloud hosted, or 2. deployment in FDP (i.e. “FDP Native”),  We would now like to re-engage the market for valuable insight into supplier’s capabilities / ability to deliver a deployment in FDP.  

We will be holding a 2nd market engagement session to provide more information around FDP Native and provide responses to questions asked during session. This will be followed up with the authority issuing a further RFI questionnaire to suppliers on or before Friday 5th December 2025 for a formal response, which will be due for return on Friday 12th December 2025.

The session will be scheduled to take place on Friday 5th December 2025 at 11:00am (1hr) via a MS-Teams webinar. The session will be led by our Technical Leads and we would therefore advise suppliers to attend with their equivalents (i.e. Technical Lead and/or Chief Solution Architect). 

Suppliers must attend under their company email address, if you are registered with another email address e.g. an NHS.Net account you will not be included.
