NHS App National Webinar - January 2026

You are invited to join the NHS England’s NHS App team for an update on the NHS App – on Tuesday 20th January 2026 at 11:30am to 12:30pm.   

In this session, we'll cover:

Proxy Access / Linked Accounts - the NHS App allows people to manage health services on behalf of someone they care for. The Proxy team will share what's recently been delivered, insights from the pilot enabling in-App proxy applications, and a look at what's coming next.

GP Appointment Booking - hear from the product team about improvements to how GP appointments are booked in the NHS App and why these changes were made.

The webinar will also include an update on the NHS App roadmap and finish with a Q&A where you can put your questions to the speakers.

Audience: Anyone using the NHS App as a channel
