NHS England Workforce, Training & Education South East (WT&E SE) would like to invite you to our See Change Learning and Sharing event in London where we will celebrate the work of groups who have undertaken the See Change behaviour change programme.

The See Change programme is an innovative training programme for the South East region. The programme is designed to support the development of capacity and capability in applying behaviour change theory to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities in the South East.

The programme aims to support the ambitions of the Long Term Workforce Plan by upskilling the workforce to make the shift towards prevention and deliver population health outcomes. It is funded by the South East School of Public Health from the Workforce Training and Education Directorate of NHS England. The programme has been delivered in collaboration with leading Behavioural Science experts at the University of Manchester.

Who is this event for?

The event is for those on the programme to come together to share their work with others who have completed the programme. We are also extend the invitation to line managers, beneficiaries of the work, and any other suitable stakeholders.
