Event Overview:
This full-day, virtual event is designed to empower Professional Midwifery Advocates (PMAs) and Neonatal Professional Nurse Advocates (PNAs) with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead and support Quality Improvement (QI) within maternity and neonatal services. Through a blend of theory, practical exercises, and peer collaboration, this workshop will explore key QI methodologies and leadership strategies tailored to the PMA/PNA role.
