MHLDA Quality Transformation Programme - Community of Change

Our Quality Transformation Programme, Community of Change webinar series continues with the focus on ‘review’ within the commissioning cycle (analyse, plan, do and review).

The aim of the sessions is to support and enable systems to embed the delivery of their 3-year plans and commission services that aims to meet the needs of their local population in a collaborative, learning and supportive environment.

This ‘review’ session will focus on: evaluating performance, gathering feedback, and informing future cycles to ensure continuous improvement.

We will also hear from speakers who will share how ‘review’ has impacted their experiences.
