Experience of Care ICB and Providers session

Join us for this session on the 15^th January which will focus on upcoming Experience of Care deliverables and support resources available to ICBs and Providers.

The session will provide an overview of the expected deliverables that have been shared in recent guidance and publications including the Medium-Term Planning Framework – delivering change together 2026/27 to 2028/29 and the Reforming elective care for patients elective care plan (published Jan 2025). Jo Mackintosh, Chief Experience Officer from Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust will be joining us to share Northumbria’s experience of collecting near real time feedback and there will opportunity for discussion and Q&A.
