This annual event, hosted by the NHS England costing team and delivered via MS Teams, brings together leaders and other stakeholders from the wider NHS costing community.
This year it will be chaired by Madi Parmar, Executive Director of Finance, Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust, and will include sessions on:
- more than 10 years of costing evolution
- the Local Cost Collection and the Federated Data Platform (FDP)
- embedding costing within the Model Integrated Care Board Framework
- FDP in practice
- costing for the future
- behavioural science and costing
- Outcome and Registries Programme: building a shared language of value.
