Neuro-prognostication Education Event

Agenda to include:-

• Good practice template/Care pathway for CA (when they come into the hospital what their journey looks like ?)
• Review of current guidance
• Cardiology: MIRACLE 2 scoring including pre-hospital miracle scoring
• Futility - ERC Rules and regulations
• Case examples
• Cases from each centre which may or may not have access to all tests
• NP service set up
• Importance of trigger thresholds for e.g. PCI and the use and role of use of echo
• Neurologist – post cardiac arrest
• Dedicated Neuro-radiologists
• Launch of a monthly Regional Super MDT group for NP - Teams call to present complex cases? Including Neuroradiologist link into MDT?
