From Ideas to Impact: Lived experience transforms culture and quality in community mental health services.
From Ideas to Impact - Celebrating the power of a lived experience Network to shape mental health services. Join us for an engaging session exploring the impact of embedding a Lived Experience Network in community mental health improvement and development. Delivered in partnership with Cornwall Mind and Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, this work demonstrates how investment into developing a Lived Experience Network can drive system change, strengthen partnerships between services and communities, and support the development of more compassionate, person-centred care. Experts by Experience have helped redesign care pathways, influence policy, and improve services through meaningful collaboration. From shaping crisis support to challenging assumptions and influencing organisational culture, this session showcases the real impact of co-production principles in practice.
