You're invited to join NHS England’s NHS App team for a Q&A Session on the NHS App

This session has been scheduled to focus solely on answering your questions about the NHS App. Our quarterly webinars are designed to spotlight new features, updates and programmes, this dedicated Q&A session gives us space to focus fully on your questions and the areas you want clarity on.

We can’t guarantee that every question will be covered on the day, but seeing themes ahead of time helps us make sure the session focuses on the questions that come up most often. If you miss the deadline, you’ll still have the opportunity to ask questions during the session.

Audience: Anyone involved in supporting or using the NHS App as a channel, across all settings.

Recording and slides: The session will be recorded and shared afterwards on FutureNHS.

Important information about joining the webinar

  • Registration will close at 11.55pm on Wednesday 18th March.
  • Please hold the time in your calendar once you register, as the joining link won’t be sent immediately
  • joining details will be emailed to all registered attendees at least 24 hours before the session starts 

This session will run as a Teams Townhall as this helps keep the session smooth and manageable for a large audience. This means:

  • only speakers will appear on screen
  • cameras and microphones are off for attendees
  • questions are submitted via Q&A
