Vaccinations in detained settings Good practice findings for Healthcare Practitioners

This second webinar will focus on the good practice findings and principles identified in delivery of vaccinations in detained settings to support healthcare providers, practitioner’s, operational and other staff to achieve improvements in uptake.
This webinar will follow Webinar 1 on 18 June, 12:30- 2:00pm which aims to share a wide overview of findings from a project delivered by EPIC Consultants to review, refine and evaluate information resources for detained estate residents to improve understanding of and confidence in vaccinations. Webinar 2 will explore
- Insights gathered through engagement with operational and healthcare staff across secure and detained estates
- Barriers to vaccination in detained settings
- Effective strategies to promote understanding of vaccinations and improved confidence within detained groups
- Applying the learning in practice
The webinar will conclude with a Q&A session and reflections from the panel.
This session is aimed at colleagues working across health and justice, vaccination and health inequalities, including:
