Developing Aspirant Palliative Care and End of Life Care Workforce Development Programme

NHS England is holding a webinar to share progress on the Nursing, AHP and professions aligned to Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care workforce development, ASPIRE programme which was launched back on the 6 November 2025. 

This webinar will look to 

• Update on progress of the programme workstreams, including the Career Framework, core capabilities and education framework for Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care , Qualification in Speciality Commissioning, Specialist Level Palliative Care workforce mapping, and the ASPIRE course finder development work.
• Provide detail on how the Career Framework, core capabilities and education framework for Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care work will strategically fit in the context of the development of the Modern Service Framework for Palliative and End of Life.
