Service Level Activity Planning – 90 Day Challenge

The Medium term planning framework sets out the expectation that medical job plans should be linked to service level activity plans.  To support the cycle of annual job planning, service level activity planning should be happening across the coming months.   

The 90 Day Challenge is designed to create the energy and the support to providers who are looking to start their service level activity planning for 27/28.   

This webinar will introduce the ambition behind the 90 Day Challenge and will share resources available to support providers to deliver. 

What to expect from this webinar: This kick-off session will officially launch the challenge. By attending, you will: 

• Hear from the national team about the scope and aims of the 90-Day Challenge. 

• Understand timelines and support offers including upcoming webinars and training. 

• Discover the resources available to support your organisation, including practical guidance documents and the maturity framework.
