2026: NHS Resolution Contract Dispute Training Events

NHS England is working with NHS Resolution to offer a new series of dispute resolution training sessions for regional and Integrated Care Board (ICB) commissioners involved in dental contract disputes.

The Primary Care Appeals team at NHS Resolution will deliver two sessions for regional teams and ICBs in November (5th and 12th).

The training will provide an overview of the Primary Care Appeals team, the essential features of an effective local dispute resolution process, learning from previous disputes, and a practical hypothetical case study. It is intended to strengthen local knowledge, and support commissioners manage disputes consistently, constructively, and as early as possible.
