NHS College of Leadership and Management – Placing EDI at the heart of the College’s offer

1 October 2026 1:00pm – 2:00pmBST (+01:00)
Virtual (Microsoft Teams)

Building an inclusive College that works for everyone.

The purpose of the NHS College of Leadership and Management is to build a stronger NHS through excellent leadership and management. To achieve this purpose, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) must be embedded in everything that we do.  We would like to invite colleagues from across the service to help us shape how EDI underpins our work, including the College’s role in setting standards and frameworks (including the Leadership and Management Framework), leadership and management curricula and programme content, ensuring diverse pipelines to leadership and management roles and promoting talent mobility and fairer access to opportunity. Colleagues will hear about the emerging proposals and have a direct opportunity to identify gaps, influence priorities and help shape how the College will know it is making a difference.  A joining link will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.
