You are invited to register for our Unpaid Carers Bi-Monthly Lunch and Learn Webinar: Supporting Unpaid Carers in Dorset: A Whole-System Approach  taking place on Wednesday 23^rd September 2026, from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.

Our bi-monthly Lunch and Learn webinars bring together carers and professionals from across the country in an informal setting to share learning, exchange ideas, and explore ways to improve the identification and support of unpaid carers.

Join Dorset Council and partner organisations for an inspiring and informative session showcasing the wide range of support available to unpaid carers across Dorset.

From prevention and early intervention to specialist services and digital support, Dorset has developed a broad network of support designed to help identify, recognise and support unpaid carers of all ages.

Hear how commissioned services, statutory teams and community organisations are working together to ensure that carers can access the right support, at the right time.

The session will also explore the strong partnership working taking place across the county, including the role of the Pan-Dorset Carer Steering Group, which has worked collaboratively with carers and partners to co-produce Together with Carers – A Dorset Vision and help shape a brighter future for unpaid carers.

Whether you work directly with unpaid carers, commission or deliver services, or simply want to learn more about Dorset's approach, this session offers an opportunity to hear about the work taking place to recognise, value and support unpaid carers across the county.

Join us to learn, share and explore how working together can make a difference for unpaid carers.

The session will be chaired by Rachel Garton, Experience of Care Senior Manager – Unpaid Carers, NHS England.
