Cultural Awareness for Educators

Join the NHS England Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Education and Training (EDI E&T) team for two online launch events showcasing these free learning resources, co-produced with UWE Bristol. Come and find out how the resources were developed, hear more about the collaboration behind them and reflect on how they might support your current practice. 

This interactive resource explores how culture, identity and inequality shape learning and working environments. It supports educators to move beyond cultural awareness towards cultural humility by reflecting on assumptions, strengthening inclusive teaching practice and creating more equitable experiences for learners. 

These sessions are an opportunity to celebrate the collaboration behind the resources, explore their practical application and consider how they can strengthen inclusive approaches in education, leadership and everyday practice. This session to anyone working in healthcare education and training roles with an interest in cultural awareness.
