We are pleased to invite you to the fourth instalment of the Best Practice Webinar Series supporting delivery of the Recovery Plan by showcasing approaches that improve Elective Care pathways. This session will focus on practical examples from providers who are demonstrating best practice in Outpatient Optimisation, with a particular focus on effective booking and scheduling, improving clinic utilisation and reducing DNAs.

Making every clinic and appointment count is an important part of improving elective productivity and patient flow. The session will explore how smarter operational processes, alongside good communication and patient engagement, can help reduce avoidable lost capacity and improve the use of existing outpatient resources. The session will provide practical learning that organisations can adapt locally to help patients move through elective pathways more efficiently and contribute to improved RTT performance.
