This has been designed to develop the core skills required to analyse and challenge performance data, target areas of productivity and enable internal teams to rapidly focus on the areas of greatest opportunity.

Suggested attendees: Operational Managers, Business Managers, Booking Managers, Team Leads for Theatres & Booking, Scheduling Team, Surgical/Theatre Matrons, Pre-op Assessment Lead, Clinical Leads, Reporting & Informatics Lead.

The training session will be three hours long in duration. The training consists of both host and attendee participation with interactive breakout sessions and Q&A opportunities.
