Demand and Capacity Trainer Programme – Update/Refresher - PART2 - 11th June 2020
Ticket sales finished: 10 June 2020 12:00pm
How do we respond and support others in such uncertain times?
We recognise that these are very different times to those we planned for on our Demand and Capacity Trainer course. In order to support you we are putting on two webinars delivered by ELS to help develop and adapt the skills you learnt on the course.
Second webinar:Thursday, 11 June from 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
How to design/deliver training that is specifically aimed at adults?
Our module on training presumes that you will be able to plan sessions with a fair amount of lead in time and that you will be able to use an interactive and coaching approach to guide people to a greater understanding of demand and capacity. In recent weeks, you may have been asked to train others very quickly (and possibly virtually) to develop and use new skills at pace. This webinar will reflect on recent experiences and explore how to use a more directive style of training while still tapping into what really works for an adult audience.
This webinar has been developed for graduates of the Demand and Capacity Trainer Programme. If you are working in an improvement role at NHS England and Improvement, you are welcome to join this webinar, too.
Please note that registration closes at noon on 10 June 2020. We will send you joining instructions for the webinar shortly afterwards.
Please note you must use your NHS e-mail address when registering for this webinar.
