A Roadmap to Excellence ¦ ADHD Services across Greater Manchester

Purpose

To support the development of consistent, high quality ADHD pathways within Greater Manchester.

Objectives

To further improve localities ADHD pathways in line with Greater Manchester standards, through action planning stimulated by examples of service delivery and project management from across Greater Manchester.

To increase equity of access to high quality ADHD services within Greater Manchester in order to support the reduction of unwarranted variation in outcomes.

Delegates

Each locality has 8 places to be allocated, and requires representation from but is not limited to:

• Locality commissioner
• CAMHS representative
• Paediatric representative
• ADHD nurse
• Administration staff from either CAMHS/Paediatric service
• Education leads (or the educational lead to delegate)

Pre-requisites

Have mapped out your assessment and treatment pathway with your multi-agency stakeholders.

Booked a follow-up meeting with stakeholders (CAMHS, Paediatrics and Commissioners) to progress action plan from the event.
