Accelerating Improvement Across the Region: The 100 Day NEY LIN Sprint Celebration Event

In September 2025, the North East & Yorkshire Learning and Improvement Network (LIN) launched a major regional initiative: 100‑Day Improvement Sprints focused on driving rapid, measurable progress in Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) and Elective Care.

Over the past few months, teams from across the region have collaborated to test ideas, refine approaches and implement meaningful changes that improve patient flow, reduce delays and enhance access to care.

We would like you to join us for a regional, in‑person celebration event where more than 20 teams will come together to showcase their outcomes, insights and learning. Expect a day full of practical examples, shared challenges, innovative solutions and real‑world impact.
