Action on Outpatients – equity of access: perspectives

Through three interactive webinars and one face-to-face event, we will explore three key principles ‘Process, People and Perspectives’, where we will provide practical examples and share best practice on how to better design outpatient services that meet the needs of our diverse communities.

In this thought-provoking session, we will be sharing perspectives from communities across the world (health and other sectors) to energise creative and innovative thinking when redesigning outpatient services.
