Action on Outpatients – equity of access: process
Join the Outpatient Recovery and Transformation programme in a series of discussions focused on how to improve equity of access to outpatient services.
Through three interactive webinars and one face-to-face event, we will explore three key principles ‘Process, People and Perspectives’, where we will provide practical examples and share best practice on how to better design outpatient services that meet the needs of our diverse communities.
This first session in the series focuses on Process.
Session outline:
How to improve processes when designing outpatient services:
- Dr Julia Schofield, Dermatology Clinical Lead for the Outpatient Recovery and Transformation programme will share guidance on how to ensure equity of access when redesigning dermatology pathways.
- The Health Inequalities programme team will share insight on how to improve your services communications.
- Best practice case studies will also be shared and there will be the opportunity for interactive discussion
If you work in outpatient services or transformation, join us and be part of this important conversation. Sessions in the series are connected but you can sign up to as few or as many as you'd like.
The joining link will be sent to registrants the day before the event.
