Action on Outpatients – equity of access: what next?

Join the Outpatient Recovery and Transformation programme in a series of discussions focused on how to improve equity of access to outpatient services.

Through three interactive webinars and one face-to-face event, we will explore three key principles ‘Process, People and Perspectives’, where we will provide practical examples and share best practice on how to better design outpatient services that meet the needs of our diverse communities.

This final face-to-face session will bring together the attendees and discussions from across the webinar series. Through facilitated interactive discussions and break out groups the ‘so what’ from the previous sessions will be explored to provide tangible next steps and key takeaways to improve equity of access to outpatient services.
