This is the third webinar in our national SPoA series, supporting colleagues across operational, clinical, transformation and digital teams as they prepare for elective Single Point of Access (SPoA) implementation.  

Building on our February session, this webinar will explore the SPoA technical guidance in more detail, with practical examples of implementation. 

This work directly supports the NHS Medium Term Planning Framework, by strengthening elective SPoA as a vehicle for improving equitable access, simplifying referrer pathways, and accelerating clinical assessment. 

This webinar will guide operational and clinical colleagues through how to put the SPoA model into practice and highlight the enablers that underpin successful delivery.
