Building and developing trusted connections with communities

Join Bill Graham from Modality who will be talking about his experiences working in community development, and how trusted relationships can be built and developed between communities and primary care. 

The session refers to experiences in Primary Care but the principles can be adopted in other NHS settings.

This session will cover getting to know your local area, how Primary Care can connect to local communities, build connections and relationships with communities, using social media to engage and communicate, the importance of coproduction and how it reduces health inequalities?
