Building Capability in Educational Supervision for Pharmacists
Are you supporting newly qualified pharmacists (NQPs) on their career journey? This interactive webinar is designed to help pharmacists build confidence and capability in delivering educational supervision within hospitals.
Aimed primarily at new educational supervisors of learners on NHS England’s Newly Qualified Pharmacist Pathway, this session is also open to anyone with an interest in early careers education and training.
By attending, you will:
- Understand the different types of supervision roles and responsibilities
- Explore what makes a good Supervised Learning Event (SLE)
- Recognise the importance of effective feedback for learner development
- Reflect on your own practice and create a personal action plan
Through case examples, group discussion, and practical tools, this session will provide you with resources to better support pharmacists effectively and foster a positive educational culture.
