Building the best Health and Justice non-custodial workforce
Skills for Health have been commissioned, by NHS England's Health and Justice Inclusive Workforce Programme to develop a career and competence framework for the Non-Custodial services (Healthcare in Criminal Court Settings, Mental Health Treatment Requirements, RECONNECT and Enhanced RECONNECT, along with a review and refresh of the existing Liaison and Diversion framework). This framework can help support the development and growth of the workforce in this setting, used by staff to assess their own skills and managers to assist staff in their development.
The Non-Custodial career and competence framework, builds upon the career and competence frameworks already designed by Skills for Health for the health and justice Adult Secure and Detained Estate career and competence framework and health and justice Children's Complex Needs Pathway career and competence framework.
This event will launch the Non-Custodial career and competence framework, explaining all of the roles covered, how to implement the framework and will have time for a Q&A session.
Target Audience: For those working with/in Liaison and Diversion, Healthcare in criminal court settings, Mental Health Treatment Requirements, RECONNECT and Enhanced RECONNECT.
