Cancer Alliance Masterclass: Cancer Waiting Times Standards

Purpose:

This event is designed to support Alliances with tools and strategies to improve cancer waiting times performance. The event aims to:

• provide Cancer Alliances with a set of practical performance management tools to support them in their system-level leadership role; and
• support Alliances to develop their performance improvement activities for 2020/21.

Attendees:

Cancer Alliance Managing Directors, Cancer Alliance performance leads, Cancer Alliance analytical leads, regional cancer programme and performance leads, regional SROs.
