Cancer Covid-19 recovery: Rapid modelling of endoscopy services to support service recovery

1 December 2020 10:00am – 11:00am
Webinar, UK, SE1 6LH, United Kingdom

Are you thinking about applying demand and capacity modelling when planning cancer services for your patients? Are you wondering where to start?

The Demand and Capacity Programme will be hosting a series of four webinars over November and December to support staff in cancer services to apply demand and capacity modelling in the Covid-19 recovery phase. Colleagues undertaking recovering planning for cancer services may have questions around how we model capacity and plan to ensure the safety of our patients accessing these services in the coming weeks, month and years.

The fourth and last in this series of webinars will be hosted by David I'Anson, Project Manager from the South East London Cancer Alliance and Sarah Cooper, Cancer Waits Improvement Facilitator from the Elective Care Improvement Support Team. The session will illustrate a case study of rapid demand and capacity modelling for an endoscopy service in the wake of Covid-19.

Please register with your NHS email address to secure your place on the webinar. Joining details of the webinar will be emailed to you on the day before the session.

This webinar will also be repeated on the 4 December at 11am. To register please follow:
