This is the fourth Cancer Patient Experience Share & Learn Group and follows on from the third event held on 18 June 2019 in London.

The purpose of this event is to look at how the Patient Experience is measured in Cancer services and the actions that are then taken to improve experience of care. The day will look at opportunities for learning from national surveys and hear how Cancer Alliances have implemented and used local measures of experience successfully. There will also be opportunity to feed back on the Equality & Health Inequality actions discussed at June’s event

The event is aimed at a lead person from the each Cancer Alliance who has key responsibilities for improving Patient Experience / Patient Engagement and two other representatives from the Alliance including a Patient Representative. Delegates from the Cancer Alliances who are not patient representatives should have an insight / input into measuring the patient experience either through the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey (CPES) or local measures

Support for this workshop will also take place in the NHS Cancer Programme's Future NHS Collaboration platform.

An agenda for the day will follow.

When you are booking your place please record which Cancer Alliance your represent
