Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews & Dynamic Support Register Launch Event

To launch the new Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (C(E)TR) and Dynamic Support Register (DSR) policy across our region, the South West Learning Disability and Autism Team is pleased to invite you to one of two events in June 2023. This event will take place in Taunton and the other will take place virtually on Monday, 19th June. This event is aimed at system partners from social care, education, mental health providers, continuing healthcare colleagues, parents, carers, and individuals with lived experience. We also welcome commissioners and providers involved in C(E)TRs/DSRs as well.

Please note, both of the events on the 15th and 19th June will be duplicated so please book yourself on to the most convenient event.

Nearer the time, this page will be updated with the full agenda and travel information. 

The day will include presentations on:

• The new policy
• The South West regional position
• Personalisation
• Mental Capacity Act 
• Liberty Protection Safeguards

There will also be a fantastic performance from drama company, Misfits, as well as the opportunity to learn from and share with people from across the region.
