Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews and Dynamic Support Register Launch Event

To launch the new Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (C(E)TR) and Dynamic Support Register (DSR) policy across our region, the South West Learning Disability and Autism Team is pleased to invite you to one of two events in June 2023. This event will be virtual and the other event will take place in Taunton on Thursday, 15th June. This event is aimed at commissioners and providers involved in CTR/DSRs as well as system partners from social care, education, mental health providers and continuing healthcare colleagues. We also welcome others with a vested interest including parents, carers, and individuals with lived experience.

Please note, both of the events on the 15th and 19th June will be duplicated so please book yourself on to the most convenient event.

Nearer the time, this page will be updated with the full agenda and you will be sent a meeting invite with the Microsoft Teams link.

The day will include presentations on:

• The new policy
• The South West regional position
• Personalisation
• Mental Capacity Act 
• Liberty Protection Safeguards

There will also be a fantastic performance from drama company, Misfits, as well as the opportunity to learn from and share with colleagues from across the region
