Care together - share together 2018

Back by popular demand NHS England (North Region) is proud to present the Care Together - Share Together annual conference on 19 February 2018, starting at 09.30am and finishing at 4pm. Guest speakers will update us on how they are improving the lives of people in their care who are living at home or in care homes. You can start raising questions for the event at www.slido.co #6777 or you can use Twitter feed #careandshare to keep up to date with our event planning.
