Overall Objective: To celebrate the successes of, and share the learning from, the quality improvement project

Specific Aims: By the end of the day the group should:

• Have a basic understanding of the Appreciative approach to quality improvement
• Be aware of the project, its process, experience and outcomes
• Know the keys to success
• Have reflected on the relevance to this project to their areas of practice
• Have moved towards creating a sustainable community of practice
