Civility Saves Lives, with Dr Joe Farmer, explores how workplace behaviour directly impacts performance, teamwork and patient outcomes. Drawing on clinical evidence, the session examines what incivility looks like, why it happens, and how leaders and teams can respond. Attendees will gain practical tools to promote psychological safety, act as active bystanders, and lead compassionate, high-performing cultures.
