Experience matters: shaping excellence in NHS care

This session brings together our People and Communities director and a lived experience partner to discuss the NHS Experience Excellence Framework and what meaningful co-production looks like in practice. Through a shared conversation, they will reflect on why lived experience can help shape how services are designed, delivered and improved. The session will explore partnership, leadership and learning, highlighting how working together differently can strengthen quality, reduce inequalities and improve experiences of care for everyone.
