Coaching Champions Workshop

Strengthening practice‑based learning through coaching, collaboration and leadership

Creating Coaching Champions is an interactive workshop for educators, supervisors and education leads who want to enhance learning in clinical practice.

The session explores how coaching‑led conversations, learner‑centred delegation and collaborative learning can be used flexibly across different settings to support learners’ confidence, autonomy and professional development.

Through shared discussion, reflection and practical examples, participants will develop the skills and confidence to champion a coaching‑led approach in their own areas, supporting meaningful and sustainable improvements to learning culture while maintaining professional accountability and patient safety.
