Are you interested in commissioning?

Are you interested in improving staff experiences in healthcare?

Are you interested in the connections between staff and patients’ experiences of care?

On 23 March 2018 NHS England are launching a new model to support commissioning for positive staff experience. We’ll share the model, its development and capability. You’ll have an opportunity to see it first, try it out, look at some examples of where it’s worked so far and start to test applying it in your own organisations.

You’ll hear from commissioners, researchers, clinicians and leaders in the field with a market place opportunity over lunch to share, network and learn from others’ practical experiences , initiatives and approaches.

Chair for the event is Dr Andrew Coward – Dr Andrew Coward is a GP and Chair of Birmingham South Central CCG. He was a member of Malcolm Grant’s NHS England CCG Advisory Board and a member of the  National Primary Care Oversight Group.

An agenda will follow shortly but is packed with background, insight, context and practical input
