Community of Change - Commissioning Cycle

Our next Community of Change session continues with a focus on the ‘Do’ section of the IPC Commissioning Cycle (Analyse, Plan, Do Review).

The core aim of these sessions is to enable and support systems to further enhance their 3 year plans to localise and realign inpatient care as they transition from development to implementation in the drive to localise and realign inpatient provision in line with the principles contained with the Commissioning framework for mental health inpatient services.
